Bridge Engineering Conference
The Bridge Engineering Conference is held at the University of Bath as part of the Bridge Engineering 2 Course to help students develop an ability to critically analyse the complex interaction of structure, social importance and aesthetic nature of these very particular types of structures.
Each year civil engineering undergraduate students in the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering produce a written paper and give an oral presentation to their colleagues and an invited panel of academics on the design and construction aspects associated with a single existing bridge.
