Scott Cahill is a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering and a Project Director within RMJM London. He has been the project lead for significant commissions in the UK, Russia and Saudi Arabia during his tenure at RMJM.
Before working in RMJM London, Scott was employed by offices in Chicago and Boston.
Scott is involved as an instructor in the fourth and fifth year Design Studios.
Scott's design approach seeks to blend contextual concerns with innovative formal and material solutions. He often integrates sophisticated generative modelling techniques within his design process.
Scott also has a strong interest in using advanced tools to link complexity of form with the production of design documentation to enable a seamless exchange of information between the design team, consultants and fabricators.
Scott received his Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University and an MA from the Architectural Association.
He is a licensed architect in the United States.
