Current Research Projects
The Centre for Advanced Studies in Architecture (CASA) supports collaborative research crossing the boundaries between architectural history and theory, contemporary design and urbanism, archaeology and conservation, and emerging digital technologies. It provides an internationally-recognised culture of intellectual exchange and support, conducive to the work of both staff and research students. Architectural History and Theory is a traditional area of strength, and a recurrent focus is on areas in which the understanding and appreciation of architecture and its context can be advanced through the medium of digital models.
