All new BathMail accounts are created according to the information held for you on record. If the username you have been given is incorrect, or if you would prefer a different one, please fill in this form.

Your original username will still be valid and any emails sent to your original username will still appear in your inbox.

Your new username will need to be approved by the Alumni Relations team. If the username you request already exists as an email address, we are unable to add the new username to your account.

Please allow five working days for your request to be approved. You will receive email confirmation when your request has been accepted.
