Students asked for a late night food option to be introduced after Score club nights at the Students’ Union on Wednesday evenings.

The University’s ahs department has worked closely with the Students’ Union to meet this request and organise an appropriate food provider.

ahs chose to partner with the local caterer LJ Hugs. As well as offering great tasting street food, LJ Hugs’ menu is ethically sourced and sustainable, fitting well with the University’s commitment to responsible food sourcing.

Lucy Woodcock, Students’ Union President, said: ”I’m delighted that through working together we’ve been able to meet the students’ desire to have food served after Score on Wednesday evenings. I’m sure the delicious food from LJ Hugs will go down a treat.”

ahs and the SU have organised for LJ Hugs to offer a tasty new street food menu on Score nights.

You can find them in the East car park on campus on the following Wednesday evenings from 10pm:

  • 26 April
  • 3 May
  • Every Wednesday night from 4 October to 13 December 2017
