How to pay

Payment information

Once you have accepted a place on the course you will be sent an invoice for the fees, usually one month before the start of your course. You will then have a choice of paying by either bank transfer, credit or debit card, or by cheque. You will need to quote your invoice number when you pay.  All fees need to be paid before the start of the course.

If your fees are to be paid by a sponsor, you will be required to provide us with written evidence from your sponsor confirming the amount of money to be paid before you will be able to complete registration.

If you have a combined offer, you will be able to pay your fees when you register on-line. Find out how to pay your fees if you hold a combined offer.

Important information

Cancellation & Curtailment policy

  • fees are non-refundable
  • where the amount being paid by a sponsor is less than the total course fee due, the student is required to pay the balance of the fee
  • we do not accept the payment of fees in instalments
  • if you arrive late for your course, you must still pay the full course tuition fees.
