5-week summer Pre-sessional (PSG5) 2016
MA International Relations & European Politics

During my course, my English language skills really improved and I made friends with many other students. If I had not taken this course, I would have found it very difficult to move on to my Master’s course.

For future students

Pre-sessional programme

If you are applying for an undergraduate, Masters or research degree programme at the University of Bath or another university and you need to improve your English language level, we have a number of Pre-sessional courses available to help you.

To choose the right course for you, consider your current English language level and future degree programme.

If you are not sure, we have more information to help you choose which course you need or alternatively, you can contact us.

Combined offers

If you have an offer for a taught postgraduate degree within the University of Bath, and you meet all the conditions of this offer except for the English language requirement, you may be eligible for a combined offer of admission.  Please note that you will need to apply to your Graduate School for a combined offer, not to the ASC.

Disclaimer: The Skills Centre will make all reasonable efforts to deliver planned Pre-sessional courses in the periods January tSeptember to June. However, if student numbers are not sufficient to form a cohort, we may need to withdraw a Pre-sessional course, and we reserve the right to do so, before any formal offers are made. If it is necessary to withdraw such a course we will endeavour to do so 8 weeks before its due start date and we will always announce it at the earliest possible opportunity.
