- minimum orders are £10.00

- last orders 48 hours before delivery (except for Monday which is 72 hours)
Service
Food Direct offers four levels of service; we personally deliver your order and can set-up or serve or you can come and collect it yourself. For set-up or served orders, don't forget to book the level of service you need (available under the 'extra charges and disposables' section) when you book online.
The order arrives in boxes to the room. Each delivery contains:
- A box for you to leave hired equipment for collection
- A bag for recycling waste, such as platters and paper plates, plastic and cardboard cups
- A cloth to mop-up any spillages
To help you plan your event…
- Do any of your guests have any special dietary needs?
- Is the room large enough for all the people attending?
- Is there enough space and furniture to serve food and drinks?
- Will our delivery team be able to access the room at the time you specify?
- Is there someone on the day we can contact?
Quality assurance
We hold Quality Assurance spot checks to guarantee your order is perfect and ask for your feedback. Call our dedicated phone line (07891 790 080) if there’s anything we’ve missed on the day.
Healthy eating
We encourage our students, staff and guests to enjoy a healthy diet and promote healthy food choices, ensuring our food is tasty and nutritious.
We use high quality GM free ingredients in our menus and offer Fairtrade tea, coffee, juices, smoothies & snacks.
Food safety
Our food is prepared and supplied in our kitchens certified at Level 5 food hygiene and best safety standards.
We purchase our food from reputable suppliers who have unfailing high standards and follow food and safety regulations.
