Evaluation program

MY FIRST WHEELS evaluation programme aims to ensure that “Wizzybug” meets the design specification established through the original user survey of paediatric occupational therapists. The initial survey included a question on “how have you used and how would you use a pre school powered mobility vehicle?” The evaluation study aims to build up a picture of how children and parents use powered mobility in a practical sense.
3 Wizzybugs were used by 6 children over an 8 week formal evaluation programme (spring / summer 2007)supervised by 3 specialist occupational therapists, based in Bath, Nottingham and Derby.
