If you are aware of what the problem and it is a common issue faced you can use our specific topic section. On clicking one of these, the general query section will extend with questions relevant to the choice you made. Please note you will still need to fill in the three compulsory questions to submit the form General help: This section can be found to the right of the screen. It can be filled in by anyone that has a University of Bath computing issue. If you do not know the cause of your problem or you are in hurry you can answer three simple, but compulsory, questions. The more detail you can provide the better we will be able to help. Submitting your form: Once you have answered the questions you can choose to clear the form to its initial state or submit your answers to us. All submitted requests will be dealt with as soon as possible. We provide a tool tip: If the questions are unclear you can hover over them to get an extended description of what we are asking.
