MIS Service desk
If you have a problem or a query relating to an MIS application or service you should initially contact the MIS Service Desk. They will log your call and your query will be resolved in due course.
However, if the MIS Service Desk cannot answer your query directly, it will be passed on to the support teams who will deal with it as soon as possible. The MIS page provides a brief overview of the responsibilities of the MIS Service Desk.
