The University has a large team of busy IT supporters who run the IT infrastructure. IT support is available directly from the Service Desk and this should always be the first point of contact.
Please avoid contacting any individuals directly, as they may not be the right person to answer your question. Any queries will be passed on to the correct specialist as necessary.
Some departments at the University provide their own support for students and member of staff. Please check with your department for details.
