Reloading error on Account Manager / Manage your Account / Storage Tab web page
We are aware that if you follow advice to reload the web page - https://www.bath.ac.uk/account/manager/index?section=storage - nothing happens.
The web page has useful information for users who wish to manage the data they are saving to the network. However, one of the tools on this web page is not working properly. The text under the heading, Filestore Quota is misleading.
The text reads:
"Unable to acess useage data, reload the page to try again."
If you reload the page, nothing happens.
We apologise for any inconvenience and will let you know once this has been fixed.
