RT mail interrupted Tues 26 Jun, 8am to 9am
RT mail will be unavailable for a short time during 8am to 9am, Tuesday 26 June 2012.
RT web interface will be available so users will be able to resolve RT tickets, however the mail facility within RT will not be available.
The network cabling on the server which handles RT mail will be reconfigured and this will lead to a short period of unavailability.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
