1 West update
The work to replace the cabling at 1W is going to plan. The cabling work began yesterday morning and normal service is expected by end of today, Friday, 29 June 2012.

Contractors working for Estates on the refurbishment work of 1W accidentally removed cabling providing the network to 1West levels 2 and 3 on Wednesday lunchtime.
Replacement cabling via safe routes will be installed starting Thursday 28 June 2012 and the work is anticipated to take two days to complete, though we will provide an update on Friday morning confirming progress.
We are sorry for any disruption that this has caused and are working with Estates to remedy as soon as possible.
