Adobe upgrade pop up, please shut down your browser
All centrally managed (Active Directory) computers on campus will start seeing pop up messages appear in the system tray today, Wednesday 15 August 2012, warning that Adobe Flash Player is upgrading. It is essential that all browsers are shut down to ensure this upgrade takes place, so please shut down your browser when you see the following pop up:
This unscheduled upgrade to Adobe Flash Player is essential to implement some security fixes that will help to prevent malware attacks.
For those not using Campus Windows Active Directory PCs, please ensure your software is up to date. For Adobe Flash Player, you can visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to check and install the latest version.
