Caxton print service 'at risk', 7am to 9am, Tues 11 Sept
Essential maintenance to the Caxton print service, 7am to 9am, Tuesday 11 September 2012. This will not effect the general managed print service used by most.
User of the Caxton print service may find they cannot print for up to 30 minutes during the 'at risk' period, 7am to 9am, Tuesday 11 September. If you do have any issues with printing please report it to us through the BUCS online help form
The Windows print service provided by 'Caxton' will be moved to a new print server during our 'at risk' period. Ideally, the migration should be largely transparent, but due to the nature of the changes involved, it is possible you may have some printing issues.
Please Note: only the underlying server will change, the server name itself will remain.
