New University Desktop - GigaTerms & Terms unavailable
UniDesk (University Desktop) is our new user-friendly, single access point replacement for Terms and GigaTerms. UniDesk is being rolled out on Tuesday 18 September, 7am to 9am during our at risk* period.
All access to the remote service (Terms and GigaTerms) will be unavailable from when the roll out work is started.
UniDesk is a new resilient service with updated versions of all the software that was available through Terms and Gigaterms.
Once UniDesk becomes available please log on by:
- Sunrays: Click the Windows option
- Public access computers or Teaching Labs: Click on the new UniDesk icon
- From your PC: select Start / Accessories / Remote Desktop Connection and type in
