Bath University Computing Services Staff unavailable, Tues 23 Jul 2013 afternoon
To allow for an important all staff meeting, no BUCS staff will be available from c. 1:30pm Tuesday 23 July 2013, until the start of business on Wednesday 24 July 2013. This means that:
- There will be no BUCS staff to answer support requests and administer IT support.
- There will be no AV support in Library or GTA spaces.
- The Campus Computer Shop & Service Desk will be closed.
- The Ground floor of 2 South will be locked (visitors to Web services should use the phone outside reception).
There will also be reduced staff coverage, Tuesday morning, 23 July 2013, due to the need to prepare for the meeting.
Every effort is being made in advance to ensure that the services normally maintained by BUCS are not at risk during this time.
