Consent Forms for lecture capture
With the increase in recorded media campus wide, it is essential that permissions are sought before recordings - both audio and visual, are made or requested.
These forms are to be used for any recording that is for external distribution (e.g. public lectures, conferences) - these forms are not currently required for recording lectures or presentations that are restricted to University of Bath students' in the course of their teaching.
