If successful with comparable pass rates to a taught course we hope to make this available to both staff and students of the University for a fee, if you are interested in receiving further information when the pilot is complete please email us and we will add you to the waiting list.

Further information on all 3 courses can be viewed below.

PRINCE2 Foundation

Anyone involved in a project environment who needs to understand the structure, processes and terminology of the PRINCE2 methodology will benefit from PRINCE2 Foundation training.

The PRINCE2 Foundation syllabus aims to measure whether you would be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2 methodology within a project environment supporting PRINCE2.

make a positive contribution to any project environment.

PRINCE2 Practitioner

PRINCE2 Practitioner teaches you to apply and tune PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario within an environment supporting PRINCE2.  It is the second of the two PRINCE2 examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner.

This PRINCE2 examination is aiming to measure whether a candidate would be able to apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2. To this end they need to exhibit the competence required for the Foundation qualification, and show that they can apply and tune PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario, specifically, candidates must be able to:
