Create a macro toolbar

  • Adding your macros to a toolbar makes it quicker and easier to run them.

You can add a button to run a macro:
       
Only onto a designated macros toolbar.
Onto any toolbar.
Onto the Taskbar

To add or change the buttons on a toolbar, go to the Tools menu and select:
       
Options.
Macro - Macros.
Customize.

To place the buttons on the toolbar:
       
Drag and drop the macros from the panel in the Commands tab.
Drag and drop the macros from the list in the Macros dialog box.
Copy and paste the macros from the panel in the Commands tab.

To add or change a button image, right click over the name of the macro on the toolbar and select:
       
Edit Button Image.
Change Button Image.
Reset Button Image.

  1. Create a new toolbar called 'Macros'.
  2. Drag the 3 macros you have created onto the toolbar.
  3. Shorten the names on the toolbar.
  4. Add an image to each button.
