Create a macro toolbar
- Adding your macros to a toolbar makes it quicker and easier to run them.

You can add a button to run a macro:

Only onto a designated macros toolbar.

Onto any toolbar.

Onto the Taskbar

To add or change the buttons on a toolbar, go to the Tools menu and select:

Options.

Macro - Macros.
| |
|
Customize.
|
To place the buttons on the toolbar:

Drag and drop the macros from the panel in the Commands tab.

Drag and drop the macros from the list in the Macros dialog box.

|
Copy and paste the macros from the panel in the Commands tab.

To add or change a button image, right click over the name of the macro on the toolbar and select:
|
Edit Button Image.

Change Button Image.
| |
|
Reset Button Image.
|
- Create a new toolbar called 'Macros'.
- Drag the 3 macros you have created onto the toolbar.
- Shorten the names on the toolbar.
- Add an image to each button.
Use the menu on the left to navigate your way to the next page.
