Oracle Calendar accounts
Staff:
All staff are licensed to use Oracle Calendar. Upon registering with the Library help desk new staff will receive an email informing them that they have been added. If you are unable to log in with your BUCS name and password, send an email to calendarmaster@bath.ac.uk stating your BUCS username and which department you are in.
Postgraduates:
Postgraduates do not get accounts by default. However, if you require access to Oracle Calendar please get your supervisor to email calendarmaster@bath.ac.uk stating your BUCS username.
Undergraduates:
We do not have enough licenses to cover undergraduate accounts.
People that have left:
When users leave, their Calendar accounts are disabled. Users who have no appointments in their Agenda are deleted.
