Can't access your account?
The three most common reasons that you will not be able to access your account are:
- You have forgotten the password.
- You can't remember your username.
- You have both but you have not registered on your course.
Forgotten your password?
If you have configured security questions you can reset a forgotten password yourself by clicking on the Reset your password button below. You will be asked for your username and to give the answers to your security questions.
Unable to reset password?
If you are unable to reset your password using the above button, you will need to contact BUCS.
- On campus you can visit the BUCS Helpdesk in the Library.
- Off campus you should fill out the account enquiry form.
Forgotten your username?
If you do not know your username
- On campus: you can find your user name by searching for yourself in Person Finder.
- Off campus: you will need to fill out the account enquiry form.
Have your username and password?
If you already have your username and password it may be that you have not registered on your course.
- Visit Registration On-Line to register. Please give 24 hours after completing ROL for your account to open.
