The words
Join in activities in Be Well Week

Be Well Week celebrates health and wellbeing. It is important to have some balance over our health and this week is designed to help understand the different elements of health and give you the opportunity to sample some activities or explore areas in more detail. All events are linked to our Be Well framework so you can see which areas of health you already include, and those you may want to top up or explore.

Be Well Week timetable of activities

Be Well is made up of 5 areas:

Be Active

Walk, run, swim, cycle, explore new sports, try new activities and have fun. Do these frequently and creatively. Staying active doesn’t need to be a chore, even small changes and social activities can make a big difference.
