Managing Exam Stress Workshop

If you're stressed or worried about your exams the Wellbeing Service are running Managing Exam Stress Workshops on Wednesday 25 April and Tuesday 1 May 2018.

We're running two free workshops on managing exam stress on campus in April and May. If you're worrying a lot about your exams or getting really stressed, why not book on to a workshop and get some support?

The workshop will focus on supporting you to reflect on:

  • what is stress?
  • how do we recognise the signs and symptoms?
  • what can we do to manage these times and reduce the likelihood of stress becoming unmanageable?
  • ideas for future planning and preparation including tips for successful revision and toolkits for stress-reduction techniques

It is designed to be participatory and interactive with lots of helpful resources for you to take away and use to help plan for your studies and self-care. Refreshments will be provided.

The workshops are taking place on Wednesday 25 April 1pm to 2.30pm and on Tuesday 1 May 1.30pm to 3pm.
