Yoga for relaxation course
Learn how to ease stress and calm your racing mind. This course will teach you relaxation techniques and breathing exercises, including:
- focusing on healthy alignment
- introduction to breathing practices (pranayama)
- getting started with meditation
The course will build your physical endurance and help you cultivate greater clarity and calm.
You will learn to refine your body awareness and feel composure in poses by observing your breath. You will then be able to apply these techniques when faced with stressful situations, thoughts or emotions.

The course is every Tuesday from 2.15pm to 3.15pm starting on Tuesday 7 February 2017 and finishing on Tuesday 9 May 2017 (excluding the two weeks of the Easter vacation).
