Succeed in the selection process: get help with applications & interviews

All recruiters have a specific list of the skills, personal qualities, knowledge and experience they are looking for in their ideal candidate. The selection process is your opportunity to provide evidence of these and convince the recruiter you are ideal for the job.

The Careers Advisory Service offers a range of activities and resources to help you. Below are relevant information leaflets. We also run careers talks and workshops on all aspects of selection (see Skills Development programme Bath Campus onlyfor details) and careers advisers are available to give feedback on CVs/applications. If you have an interview coming up, you might want to view our streamed DVDs Bath Campus onlyand discuss interview preparation with a careers adviser.
