Anna Baildon
Information Services Manager
Anna joined the department in 1999, after gaining BA (Hons) in English and an MSc (Econ) in Information and Library Studies, and working in academic and public libraries. She worked initially at Bath as Information Assistant then Information Officer, and moved to her current role in 2005. She manages our front-of-house information and enquiries service, our online and print publications, and our specialist information system. She is a member of AGCAS.
