Mary Mears
Employer Services Manager
Mary has a background in finance, administration and office services management gained in the telecommunications and defence industries, and also sales office management experience within the packaging industry. As part of several voluntary groups she has organised a wide range of fundraising and social events. She joined CAS in 2001, as Careers Fairs Organiser, running our three annual Careers Fairs.
Since 2007, she has been in the role of Employer Services Manager, where she heads the Employer Services Team. The team offers a range of services to employers including presentations, a programme for skills development, Careers Fairs and other marketing tools.
