Information for Students
|
Programme and Unit catalogues have been prepared for use across the University since 1997/8. In earlier years, this was done only for undergraduate programmes, but with effect from 2001/2 details of many postgraduate programmes have been covered. In 1997/8 most of the components (units) within programmes of study were offered in a modular framework for the first time. In addition, the academic year was divided into two semesters, in order to provide an appropriate period over which to offer each unit. New programme and unit codes were introduced from 2002/3. Further details of these codes can be found in Table 3 and Tables 4-6. |
