| Aims: To develop students' spoken and written English in the business context. Learning Outcomes: Having completed this unit students will be better able to: * Interact confidently in different business situations * Use and understand appropriate business vocabulary and terminology * Take part in and lead a discussion about business issues * Discuss and evaluate business case studies * Prepare, plan and deliver an oral presentation * Evaluate a presentation * Negotiate in business meetings * Plan and write an outline for an essay, business report or case study * Understand how to structure an essay, business report or case study * Critically evaluate texts * Write objectively about business topics in an appropriate style * Identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation and style.
