The aims of this unit are to explain the managerial, operational and logistical requirements of a motorsport based organisation, with particular regard to SMEs, to include sponsorship arrangements, budgets and human resources.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this unit students should be able to:
* Provide an overview relating to the management and operation of a motorsport team with due regard for legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements;
* Understand the logistical requirements of a motorsport team;
* Define the practical requirements of a motorsport sponsorship arrangement.
