To give students experience in developing the design and modelling of passive and active of building environmental systems.

Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of the unit, the student will have demonstrated an ability to design and model the environmental performance of a building.

Content:
Appropriate building environment modelling. Performance indicators. New technologies and their effect on environmental performance. Application of design principles. Modelling a specific building.
