Further information on descriptions Description: Aims:
The aim of this unit is to provide students with an overview of decision-making in a financial context and how this affects the valuation and use of securities.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this unit, the student should be able to:
* Assess financial decision-making;
* Evaluate the value of securities;
* Use securities to meet investment objectives;
* Analyse the decision of companies with respect to capital structure and dividend policy.
