The research interest of the Centre for Governance and Regulation focuses on the design and implementation of governance structures and forms of control that ensure that organisations are ran effectively, efficiently, and lawfully. The Centre approaches governance as a dynamic, broadly-defined phenomenon and does not narrow its focus to a single form of governance, e.g., corporate or social.
