Chemical Engineering at Bath in Times top ten
The
Department of Chemical Engineering is now top 10 in the
Times Good University Guide,
rising three places to 9th in the UK.
The Guide also places us 4th for graduate prospects for chemical engineers, with an impressive 91 per cent score.
Professor Julian Chaudhuri, Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Bath commented, “I am delighted with our new position in the top ten UK chemical engineering departments. The Department and its staff are committed to providing an exceptional student experience and this, coupled with our first class industrial placement programme, has given rise to our recognition in the Times league table.”
The news follows a great year for the Department, where we have consistently been ranked in the top ten of UK league tables. Most recently we have placed 5th in The Complete University Guide, 8th in the Guardian University Guide and 3rd in The Sunday Times University Guide.
