If you join us on campus, you'll get to meet our department team, academics, and current students in person. They'll be ready to answer any of your questions about your course, placements opportunities, the University, or simply life in Bath. We'll take you on a tour of our department and show you the teaching laboratories, learning spaces, and facilities you'll use during your degree. There'll also be time left to discover the city of Bath and see if it's the right place to make your home for the next few years (we hope it is!).

We run open days for our undergraduate degree offer holders on a regular basis between February and April. Find out why you should attend one.
After you receive an offer to study one of our undergraduate courses, we will invite you to one of our applicant visit days.
This year we’re offering you the choice to visit us in person at a campus-based day or join us virtually at an interactive online event. We usually run these between February and April. You'll be able to choose which date you want to attend but it's best to book early as they can fill up fast. We'll give you information about travelling here, campus accessibility, and where to go when you arrive in your invitation email.

Get a feel for campus and city life
Explore our campus and take the opportunity to visit the city after your day with us.
Campus life isn't just about studying and there are many ways that you can make the most of your university experience. As a taster, we'll take you round our Sports Training Village (STV), where you'll have access to the same facilities used by Olympic athletes. You'll see our Students' Union, which houses the Student Centre, food outlets and the campus pub and night club. We will also show you The Edge, our arts centre where you can take dance, art and music classes.
The city of Bath is only 10 minutes away by bus so we advise our guests to take the opportunity to visit the city after their day with us has finished.
Are you unable to attend an open day?
We offer you a range of dates so that you can choose to attend one that best suits you.
If you don't live in the UK, we understand it may be difficult to visit the University on the dates given. That's why we also offer dates for online applicant visit days so you don't miss out on meeting our staff and students and getting the answers you need to make a decision.
If you can't attend an in-person day but expect to be in Bath on another date, you can contact our Department, and we will do our best to arrange an individual visit for you.
