Department talks and demos

We will be holding a number of talks on our programmes throughout the day - you will need to book to attend.

If the talks are fully booked please contact us as we will do everything we can to fit you in.

The talk is given by Prof Kieran Molloy.

What does the talk cover?

  • introduction to the department and the subject area
  • information on programme content
  • the type of work set throughout the programme
  • placements
  • admissions information

The talk will also include a visit to the teaching laboratories for a 'bangs and flashes' practical demo.

If you are at the open day but did not book a place on the talk, please feel free to visit the department as there will be plenty of people available to answer your questions.
