Profile

My group investigates two areas:

  • the use of protecting group and masking strategies in organometallic chemistry
  • the applications of low-valent main group species in catalysis

We synthesise molecules predisposed to the loss of labile groups and apply them in the synthesis of new molecules, polymers and materials. We also investigate new mechanistic steps designed to allow redox-active main group catalysis.
