Research Interests Primary research interest: Using Artificial Intelligence to understand Natural Intelligence. Secondary interests: Agent-based modelling of animal societies & cultural evolution, modular models of individual intelligence, AI development methodologies, action selection and dynamic planning, intelligent and cognitive systems (e.g. intelligent environments, artificial companions, game characters), AI & Society. Hobbies include political science, neuroscience and music.
