You should be confident with using the Windows environment and have either completed our EndNote - Getting started with referencing course or have the equivalent knowledge.

What you will learn

EndNote is a reference management application used to manage bibliographies and references when writing essays and other documents. This course is taught through a mixture of demonstration and hands-on practice. You will learn how to:

  • edit output styles of your references to fit your requirements, such as changing between Author, Date (Harvard) reference style and others
  • search online databases from within EndNote
  • download references from electronic journals
