Strategic Goals

The strategy of CSRI is to provide a research hub to identify and lever new knowledge developments in academic disciplines, such as economics, finance and insurance studies, in order to realize three main goals:

  • To conduct rigorous but commercially relevant and public policy-based research in the management of risk.
  • To broaden and deepen the appreciation and understanding of risk management issues amongst scholars and students, business practitioners, and public policymakers.
  • To secure external funding, including direct engagement from the private and public sectors, to support its research agenda.
