Today, JTEP is accessed in more than 50 countries, by researchers, practitioners, consultants, local authority and government personnel, investment financiers, teachers and students. JTEP is available to institutional subscribers as a fully browseable, searchable electronic journal, with images and text reproduced exactly as they would appear in print. This online access is free of charge to institutional subscribers. There is also a 'pay per view' service provided by IngentaConnect.
