“The course was exactly what I had been looking for. I wanted to move on from being a classroom teacher and thought an MA would give me more credibility and choices. I felt really well supported throughout the course and knew I could approach any of the lecturers. The MA TESOL seemed to have a more personal and student-centred approach.
The facilities in the University are excellent. World class sports facilities and lots of places to have coffee! Living in Bath felt like I was permanently on the film set of a period drama. It’s a good size, particularly for people who don’t like big cities, and within striking distance of the countryside.
Would I recommend the University? Yes absolutely. In fact, I now work on a University Foundation Programme and am able to share my experiences of Bath with my students. One of my students received an offer from Bath and intends to study there next year. ”
