Profile
I am currently a Doctoral Student (EdD) at the University of Bath having completed an MSc in Coaching Science at UWIC and a PGCE in Physical Education at St Lukes’ University of Exeter.
Having a background in PE teaching and rugby coaching, where I am the Lead Rugby Coach at the University, reflects my teaching and research interests. Modules taught include; coaching, pedagogy and practice at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Part of my research interests are based on examining physical education and coaching practice from a non-linear perspective. Other current work includes understanding the use of surveillance in elite sporting contexts, examining how power structures are shaped through the dissemination of such pedagogical information.
