For agents

We work in partnership with agents around the world to provide clients with the right course to meet their English language needs.

We can provide you with information on all aspects of our programmes to answer your clients' questions, including deadlines for applications, entry requirements, and dates and fees of all our courses.

Working with you

As an agent working in partnership with us, you can earn commission for referring students to our Pre-sessional programme (year round and summer), and our General English summer courses (ELAC).

We also welcome feedback from agents or your clients on our courses, please email us your comments.

Our courses

If your clients are preparing for future academic study in the UK and need to raise their English language level to meet the University’s entry requirements, we deliver a comprehensive Pre-sessional programme. This runs from October to September and students can join at a number of different points depending on their current level and the degree programme they hope to join.

For clients interested in summer General English courses we deliver the English Language and Culture (ELAC) programme in July and August.

We also offer advice and information about our In-sessional support for students currently studying at the university on degree programmes.

Useful information

To identify whether your students meet the English language requirements for their Pre-sessional course, you need to know their current level and their future degree programme.  You then need to check the information on entry requirements for ELC courses.

You can access information about all our dates and fees up to September 2014 for Pre-sessional courses, and for ELAC courses in summer 2014.

We also have the latest information on deadlines for applications and the status of courses, as well as updates on our courses.

Pre-sessional students on the five-week courses running in August-September (PSG5 and PSM5) may be eligible for a combined offer, which means their Pre-sessional course is treated as the first part of their degree programme and they will only need one visa.

To help your clients decide if they want to come to Bath, we have information about student life on the Pre-sessional programme.
