£118,000 awarded for Energy-Research Manager

Prof. Raj Aggarwal has been awarded £118,000 by the Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) to fund the appointment and work of an Energy Project Manager.

 

The University of Bath carries out internationally-leading research in Energy, particularly, in the Department of Electronic & Electrical Engineering and in the departments of Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Chemistry. This EPSRC funding will allow the appointment of an Energy Research Project Manager who will coordinate bringing together the energy-research expertise of these individual departments. The Research Project Manager will promote energy-research collaborations within the University of Bath, within the UK and internationally. The outcome of this will be to develop energy research at Bath for the benefit of the UK in addressing future energy needs.
