Adrian Townsend a winner of Visual Research Stories Competition
Electronic and Electrical Engineering Postgraduate student Adrian Townsend is announced as one of the winners of the University of Bath's Visual Research Stories Competition. Adrian’s winning storyboard was on the effect of raindrop sizes on satellite signals. Adrian said he was extremely pleased to win.
The aim of the competition was to create a visual storyboard of research, which will part of a
visual display used at the opening of the University's new Graduate Centre. These visual stories
will go on display in the new Graduate Centre, 4W, at the Meeting of Minds Conference on 10 June.
The judges said they were very impressed with all of the entries and congratulate Adrian and the
other winners Philip Isaac (Architecture and Civil Engineering), Susanna Martin (Psychology) and
Diego Colombara (Chemistry).
