International Construction Management: CPD study
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units are suitable if you have identified a specific area of construction management in which you would like to increase your knowledge and skills.
The CPD units may also provide the opportunity to transfer to the MSc/Postgraduate Diploma at a later stage.
You are not required to sit examinations, although this can be arranged at the request of the student.

Whilst there are no entry requirements for these courses, we recommend a minimum standard in English for non-native speakers of 6.5 in the IELTS test or TOEFL (Paper) 580; TOEFL (Computer) 237; TOEFL (Internet) 92 test or PTE Academic 62 with no less than 59 in any component.

Cancellation Policy
If you withdraw from the course before the course start date you will receive a refund, but will need to pay £100 administration fee.
If you withdraw from the course within two weeks of the start date you will receive a 50% refund only.
If you withdraw from the course more than two weeks after the course start date there will be no refund.
